Decking Oil
Coloured, transparent oils for timber decks
OSMO Decking oils come in a range with a clear through to darker tones to ensure that your deck is correctly protected.

Product Information
Osmo offers a range of coloured oils specifically designed for timber decks, which are formulated to provide transparent, satin, high-quality wood finishes utilizing natural oils. These products are engineered to effectively meet the requirements of timber decking that is exposed to outdoor environments. The range comprises 10 colour options in addition to a clear variant (007 Clear/Teak), catering to diverse aesthetic preferences and design needs.
The application of Osmo’s Decking Oils is user-friendly, facilitating easy maintenance and rejuvenation of the deck. Under full exposure to weather elements, it is recommended that a rejuvenation coat be applied every 12-months following an initial 2-coat application. The oil builds up and the period will extend but initially we recommend that you keep an eye on the deck as Australian conditions are harsh. Conversely, for decks that are sheltered by a roof and thus less exposed to harsh weather conditions, a re-coating is advised approximately every two years.
Given the intense UV radiation characteristic of Australian climates, it is strongly recommended to apply two coats of coloured Decking Oil to ensure durability and protection; the clear decking oil variant is not resilient under such rigorous weather conditions. Rejuvenation treatments should consist of a single coat application to maintain the integrity and appearance of the decking.
