When using a chopping board, it’s extremely important to use a product that is designed to be food safe et cetera. Some oils have a tendency to make the timber go very dark as well. So, we recommend Osmo chopping board oil which is especially formulated for wooden chopping boards. The product is based on natural oils and waxes and is food safe once it is dry. It’s also used extensively on Australian hardwoods which make very good chopping boards.
